"Gentlemen:
Several weeks ago, I brought in my Honda self-propelled mower for service. It had several problems, including the fact that it would not start. After about a week you called, told me it was ready,
and I picked it up.
It sat in my garage 'til yesterday when I went out to mow. On the first pull of the cord the engine started right up. It hummed like an expensive racing car and did everything it
was supposed to do and did it well. That mower did not run that well even when it was new, leading me to wonder if it really was new when I bought it (from another dealer).
Your repairmen obviously know what they're doing.
